1.1 Website and App Access: Miezaan services, including the MiHealth+ app (“App”), are accessible via our website and through app stores such as the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. You must comply with the conditions of use that apply to the platform through which the App is downloaded.
1.2 Availability: Miezaan makes reasonable efforts to ensure reliable and uninterrupted access to our services but does not guarantee that access will not be interrupted or affected by factors outside our control. We will endeavor to inform you in advance of any planned disruptions.
1.3 Amendments: Miezaan reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, discontinue, or enhance our services at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notifications.
II. How Apps, Services, and Products Work
2.1 Prerequisites for Use: The App must be downloaded to your personal device. Ensure that your device is compatible with our App for optimal functionality. An adequate internet connection is also required to access full app functionality.
2.2 Product Installation: Upon purchasing a Miezaan product, follow the instructions provided for setup to enable full functionality as described in the user guide.
III. Service Warranties
3.1 General Warranties: Miezaan provides its services “as is” and disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that our services will meet your specific needs or be completely error-free or secure.
3.2 Limitation of Liability: Miezaan will not be liable for interruptions to services or any indirect damages that arise from using or failing to use the services.
IV. Intellectual Property
4.1 Ownership: All rights, titles, and interests in the Services and any content displayed or performed through the Services are the property of Miezaan and are protected by intellectual property laws.
4.2 User License: Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services according to these Terms.
V. User Conduct
5.1 Prohibited Activities: Users must not misuse the Services or assist anyone in misusing the Services in any way. This includes but is not limited to: hacking, distributing viruses or other harmful code, reverse engineering, or unauthorized data scraping.
5.2 Data Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account information and personal devices. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, please notify Miezaan immediately.
VI. Account Management
6.1 Account Creation and Responsibility: Users must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
6.2 Account Termination: Users can close their accounts at any time. Miezaan reserves the right to terminate accounts if they have been inactive for over one year or for breach of these terms. If your account is terminated due to inactivity, you may be able to reactivate it by contacting Miezaan customer support.

7.1 Updates to Terms: These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes agreement to the new terms. We will notify you of any material changes by email or in-app notifications.
7.2 Severability: If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining portions shall continue in full force and effect.
7.3 Jurisdiction: The Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wyoming.
7.4 Future Modifications: Miezaan reserves the right to introduce new services, features, or subscription plans in the future, which may be subject to additional or modified terms and conditions.
