1. Eligibility
The MiHealth+ App is intended for use by individuals who are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 13, you may not use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old.
2. App Features and Data Collection
The MiHealth+ App connects to Miezaan scales via Bluetooth and/or Wi-Fi to collect and display health data. The types of data collected include:
Email address
Password
Name
Height
Weight
Gender
Location
Biometric readings of body composition (as provided by the Miezaan scale)
This data is used to provide you with personalized health insights and track your progress over time.
3. Data Use and Sharing
Your data is stored securely in an encrypted location. We do not share your data with any third parties unless you explicitly grant permission through the App’s settings. You can request the deletion of your account and data at any time through the App.
We may use your data for internal purposes such as improving the App and developing new features. We will not use your data for marketing purposes unless you provide your consent.
4. Third-Party Integrations
The MiHealth+ App may allow you to integrate with third-party health apps such as Apple Health, Samsung Health, Fitbit, and Google Fit. Data sharing with these apps is entirely optional and controlled by you through the App’s settings. We are not responsible for the data practices of these third-party apps.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The MiHealth+ App is provided “AS IS” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the data collected or displayed by the App. The App is not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult with a healthcare professional regarding any health concerns.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miezaan and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App or any reliance on the data provided by the App.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Miezaan and its affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the App or any violation of these Terms of Use.
8. Termination
We may terminate your access to the App at any time for any reason, including if you violate these Terms of Use. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms of Use or your use of the App will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App or sending you an email.
