At Miezaan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your Miezaan product, we offer a hassle-free return process.
30-Day Return Window
You may return any new, unopened Miezaan product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The product must be in its original packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Opened or Used Products
Opened or used products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to a 15% restocking fee. The product must be in good condition with all original accessories.
Return Process
- Contact Customer Service: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via the contact form on our website or by emailing support@miezaan.com.
- Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed with the return.
- Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exceptions
- Products that are damaged, altered, or missing any components will not be accepted for return.
- We do not accept returns for products purchased from unauthorized resellers or third-party marketplaces.
